We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days working days. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be slightly longer processing times. We will e-mail a shipment notification with a tracking number once your order ships.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Unfortunately it is not always possible to stop the order if the package has already been sent. In this case you are liable for postage fees. Additionally, you will be liable for any charges incurred from returned goods.
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards - American Express, Mastercard and Visa. You may also pay using MobilePay, and through regular transfer from your Finnish bank account.
After placing an order, there is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank or credit card company. We have already contacted them and they will remove the hold in 5 - 7 business days. Your order will not be charged or processed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number from Posti (Finnish Postal Service).

In addition to the EU and EEA, we ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, USA, and many more. If your location is not listed here, please email email@example.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any import duty that may be payable on the goods when they reach their destination.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. We are working to give you a seamless customer experience, and will shortly add a quote finder, which will give you the total price at checkout.

Returns are free for customers in Finland. For all other countries, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and applicable customs and/or duties. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for returned products. Should you wish to purchase another product or change of size, you may return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Please keep a record of your return tracking number. You will receive a refund within 5 -7 working days from the time we receive your return.
