We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days working days. During sale events and new collection launches, there may be slightly longer processing times. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time span, however delays are occasionally inevitable and the estimates relate to normal business periods. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Unfortunately it is not always possible to stop the order if the package has already been sent. In this case you are liable for postage fees. Additionally, you will be liable for any charges incurred from returned goods.
Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you wish to change the delivery address, there may be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery. Please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions or concerns regarding the shipment of your order.
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. You are responsible for paying any import duty that may be payable on the goods when they reach their destination. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them. If charges are levied in your country and you refuse to pay them, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your order refund and your credit/debit card will be charged accordingly.
You can request a return for any product within 14 days from the delivery date. Please email email@example.com within this timeframe, so that we may start the process for you. The returned item must be unused, in its original condition including tags and packaging. Once we have received and inspected the item, you will be refunded for that product.
Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs and applicable customs and/or duties. We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for returned products. Should you wish to purchase another product or change of size, you may return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
